Meet Our Staff…
Dr. Joseph Taylor
Dr. Joseph Taylor joined the practice in 1986; Dr. Taylor graduated from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Family Practice at the University of South Carolina and became board certified in Geriatrics in 2004.
Dr. David Montgomery
Dr. David Montgomery joined the practice in 2015. Dr. Montgomery graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center—Shreveport in 2012. He completed a residency in Family Medicine at the University of South Carolina in Columbia and became board certified in Family Medicine in 2015.
Ms. Rebecca Eaton
Ms. Rebecca Eaton is our Physician Assitant, joined the practice in 2011. She earned a BS in Health Science at Lee University in 2003, and a Master’s of Health Science in Medicine-Physician Assistant from Trevecca Nazarene University.
Dr. Nell Nestor
Dr. Nell Nestor joined the practice in 1990; Dr. Nestor graduated from the Medical Units of the University of Tennessee in 1978. She completed a residency in Family Practice at the University of Alabama-Anniston and became board certified in Family Practice in 1981.
Ms. Susan Kihlmire
Ms. Susan Kihlmire our nurse practioner, joined the practice in 1998; she earned her RN nursing degree and her GNP at Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Raul Couret Jr
Dr. Raul Couret Jr. joined the practice in 2008; Dr. Couret graduated from New York Medical College in 2001. He completed a residency program in Family Medicine at Swedish Covenant Hospital and a fellowship in Geriatrics at Rush University Medical Center. He became board certified in Family Practice in 2006 and in Geriatrics in 2007.
Ms. Tina Darks
Ms. Tina Darks, our nurse practioner, joined our practice in 2013. She earned her BS of Nursing at Cumberland University in 2006, and her MSN and FNP from Tennessee State University in 2009.
